Our work may range from technical and organizational assessments to the development of maintenance strategies, Maintenance Planning, Scheduling &amp; Control processes, governance models, performance indicators, and technical requirements for the procurement and management of specialized services.<\/p>\n<p>In Commissioning Management, A&amp;F integrates and coordinates the processes required to verify compliance with the established project requirements, overseeing multiple disciplines and systems from the design and implementation phases through testing, handover, and the start of operations. This approach contributes to ensuring that facilities and systems are delivered fully documented, functional, and aligned with the requirements for which they were originally designed.<\/p>\n<p>Through Technical Audits and Due Diligence, A&amp;F conducts independent assessments of buildings, facilities, assets, processes, contracts, and services to identify existing conditions, risks, deficiencies, technical liabilities, and opportunities for improvement. These assessments provide technical support for decisions involving real estate acquisitions, investments, upgrades, CAPEX and OPEX planning, operational continuity, and management improvement.<\/p>\n<p>A&amp;F also provides Maintenance Asset Management &amp; Development, encompassing the definition of policies and guidelines, the organization of asset hierarchies and taxonomies, field surveys and asset registration supported by digital tools, and the preparation and structuring of the information required for the implementation or improvement of Computerized Maintenance Management and Enterprise Asset Management systems \u2014 CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
