He is a Partner and Technical Director at <strong>A&amp;F Partners Consulting<\/strong>, responsible for technical leadership and the delivery of the firm\u2019s consulting assignments.<\/p>\n<p>His professional career has been built across <strong>Operations &amp; Maintenance Engineering, Facility Management, Asset Management, utilities, commissioning, technical audits, and engineering assessments<\/strong>, with extensive experience in industrial, corporate, financial, commercial building, and mission-critical environments.<\/p>\n<p>In the industrial sector, he participated in the development, implementation, and management of operations, maintenance, and utilities functions within the microelectronics and automotive industries, including experience with multinational companies in the automotive and automotive components sectors. He later served as Engineering Manager for an international Facility Management company, where he was involved in the development, implementation, and management of highly complex operations.<\/p>\n<p>Among these experiences, he participated in the development and implementation of initiatives focused on reliability and operational continuity in mission-critical environments, including Projeto Parada Zero (Zero Downtime Project), an initiative focused on data centers in Brazil and developed in collaboration with a U.S.-based engineering design firm.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2001, he has served as Partner and Technical Consultant at <strong>A&amp;F Partners Consulting<\/strong>, expanding his experience through the delivery of engineering consulting assignments across different industries and technical disciplines, with particular emphasis on Operations &amp; Maintenance, Commissioning Management, Technical Audits &amp; Due Diligence, facility and systems assessments, management model development, and Maintenance Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his career, he has participated in and contributed to Brazilian and international professional associations and technical committees related to engineering, maintenance, Facility Management, refrigeration and air conditioning, commissioning, engineering appraisals and expert assessments, and technical standards, including ASHRAE, Building Commissioning Association \u2013 BCxA, ABNT, ABRAMAN, ABRAVA, IBAPE-SP, and ABRAFAC, among others. At ABRAFAC, he served as a Director during the 2017\u20132018 term.<\/p>\n<p>His professional activities also extend to the development and dissemination of technical knowledge.
