Our leadership team brings decades of experience across organizations, facilities, and operations of varying sizes, industries, and levels of complexity, combining executive leadership, consulting expertise, participation in professional associations and technical committees, academic activities, and contributions to industry knowledge.

This experience is directly embedded in every A&F assignment. Our partners actively participate in defining project approaches, assessing critical issues, and consolidating conclusions and recommendations, ensuring that the firm’s senior-level expertise is effectively applied throughout every engagement.

Technical Director | Operations & Maintenance Engineering, Commissioning, Technical Audit & Assessment

Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Production Engineer, graduated from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial – FEI, with postgraduate studies in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning at the same institution and in Engineering Appraisals and Expert Assessments through IBAPE / UNISANTA. He is a Partner and Technical Director at A&F Partners Consulting, responsible for technical leadership and the delivery of the firm’s consulting assignments.

His professional career has been built across Operations & Maintenance Engineering, Facility Management, Asset Management, utilities, commissioning, technical audits, and engineering assessments, with extensive experience in industrial, corporate, financial, commercial building, and mission-critical environments.

In the industrial sector, he participated in the development, implementation, and management of operations, maintenance, and utilities functions within the microelectronics and automotive industries, including experience with multinational companies in the automotive and automotive components sectors. He later served as Engineering Manager for an international Facility Management company, where he was involved in the development, implementation, and management of highly complex operations.

Among these experiences, he participated in the development and implementation of initiatives focused on reliability and operational continuity in mission-critical environments, including Projeto Parada Zero (Zero Downtime Project), an initiative focused on data centers in Brazil and developed in collaboration with a U.S.-based engineering design firm.

Since 2001, he has served as Partner and Technical Consultant at A&F Partners Consulting, expanding his experience through the delivery of engineering consulting assignments across different industries and technical disciplines, with particular emphasis on Operations & Maintenance, Commissioning Management, Technical Audits & Due Diligence, facility and systems assessments, management model development, and Maintenance Asset Management.

Throughout his career, he has participated in and contributed to Brazilian and international professional associations and technical committees related to engineering, maintenance, Facility Management, refrigeration and air conditioning, commissioning, engineering appraisals and expert assessments, and technical standards, including ASHRAE, Building Commissioning Association – BCxA, ABNT, ABRAMAN, ABRAVA, IBAPE-SP, and ABRAFAC, among others. At ABRAFAC, he served as a Director during the 2017–2018 term.

His professional activities also extend to the development and dissemination of technical knowledge. He has authored articles on commissioning, quality auditing in service delivery, maintenance, and the operation of building and industrial facilities, published in specialized industry publications.

He has delivered lectures, seminars, and professional training programs promoted by educational institutions and professional associations and served for several years as a lecturer and guest professor in postgraduate and MBA programs, covering topics including Commissioning, Measurement & Verification, Maintenance Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, and Operations Management.

He is co-author of the books “Inspeção Predial”, coordinated by IBAPE-SP; “Manual de Manutenção em Edificações”, coordinated by Professor Inês Flores-Colen of the University of Lisbon; and “Vistorias de Constatação em Obras Civis”, coordinated by Engineer Flávio Figueiredo. He currently serves as Technical Director of A&F Partners Consulting Engenharia Ltda.

FABIANA C. KAHN

Director | Facility Management, Operations, Contracts & Technical Assessment

Civil Engineer, graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with postgraduate studies in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning at FEI, Project Management at Fundação Vanzolini – USP, and Engineering Appraisals & Expert Assessments through IBAPE. She is a Partner and Director at A&F Partners Consulting, where she leads and coordinates the firm’s consulting assignments.

Her professional career has been built around the development, implementation, and management of Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance, and service operations, encompassing large portfolios and corporate, financial, industrial, and institutional facilities.

Throughout her career, she participated in the implementation and management of large-scale operations conducted in Brazil by an international Facility Management company, involving major portfolios across financial institutions, corporate facilities, and industrial operations. These assignments provided extensive experience in integrating infrastructure, services, processes, contracts, and operational requirements.

Her career also includes executive experience in the development and management of Facility Management and Operations & Maintenance service contracts. She held a management position at SENAC-SP, where she was responsible for structuring the procurement function for O&M-related goods and services and for improving contracting models applicable to the institution’s facilities throughout the State of São Paulo.

Since 2001, she has served as Partner and Technical Consultant at A&F Partners Consulting, expanding her experience through engineering consulting, Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance, Commissioning Management, technical audits and assessments, and the development of service procurement and management models.

Her experience provides an integrated perspective across engineering, infrastructure, services, processes, contracts, suppliers, and user requirements, contributing to the development of solutions tailored to the characteristics, operational requirements, and objectives of each organization.

She has also contributed to professional education as an instructor in Facilities Management and is co-author of the book “Inspeção Predial”, coordinated by IBAPE-SP.
